Digita NetStaff shifts overview
By setting up shifts, you can control the days and time periods during which Digita NetStaff users can access their portals. For example, you might want to use this feature to restrict the hours during which seasonal staff can access portals.

Digita NetStaff portal administrators always have unrestricted access to their portals.
If Digita NetStaff users are logged into portals or Digita Virtual Office applications when their shifts expire, their sessions will not be interrupted. However, when Digita NetStaff users log out of their portals after their shifts expire, they will be unable to log back in until the beginning of the next shift.
