Digita NetStaff modules
The following table provides a brief description of each Digita NetStaff module:
Module | Description |

Administration (free) | Enables Digita NetStaff users to perform administrative tasks for Digita NetClient, Digita NetStaff, and utilities (including Customising the appearance of portals, running reports, and more). |
Digita Virtual Office | Allows you to give Digita NetStaff users remote access to all Digita Professional Suite applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word) for which your firm is licensed. note

Document Presentation (free) | Allows you to provide Digita NetClient users with secure, static PDF files of documents such as tax returns, financial statement, and payroll reports. In addition, you can give Digita NetStaff users access to Digita NetClient users' Document presentation files. |
File Exchange (free) | Enables Digita NetStaff users to exchange files with Digita NetClient users in a secure environment. |
Links (free) | Enables you to provide Digita NetStaff users with links to frequently accessed websites, including websites for research tools. You can also allow Digita NetStaff users to add their own links. |
News (free) | Enables you to communicating company news. |
Staff Availability (free) | Provides a convenient way to track the availability of Digita NetStaff users. |
Virtual Office CS | Allows you to give Digita NetStaff users remote access to all Digita Professional Suite applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word) for which your firm is licensed. note
