Removing notification messages from users’ Tasks widgets

If you set up notification messages to appear in the Tasks widget and later decide that you no longer want users to receive notification messages through this delivery method, you can disable the delivery method.
  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the
    Templates
     link in the Utilities section.

    If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
  2. The templates are sorted by category in the Notification > Templates list. Click a category to view a list of notification messages.
  3. Click the title of a notification template to view the template and the delivery methods on the right.
  4. In the Delivery Method section, unmark the
    Create a task widget when message is delivered
     checkbox.
  5. Click Enter.
Digita NetFirm removes all notification messages that were generated by the template from all users’ Tasks widgets.
