Document Presentation

Viewing the access history of Document Presentation files

You can view the following access history information for each Document Presentation file: the users who have accessed each file, the dates and times on which each file was accessed, and the IP address from which each file was accessed.
  1. While in the Digita NetStaff tab of the navigation pane, click the
    Document Presentation
     link.
    note
    If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to Document Presentation.
  2. Navigate to the folder that contains the file for which you will view the access history.
  3. Click the
    History
     link to the right of the file name.
