Editing or deleting News modules or articles

Follow these steps to add articles to a News module, to delete articles from a News module, or to delete a News module.
  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, do one of the following.
    • Click the
      News
       link in the Digita NetClient section to edit or delete a News module or article for clients.
    • Click the
      News
       link in the Digita NetStaff section to edit or delete a News module or article for staff.
    note
    If you don’t see these links, you don’t have access to these areas.
  2. In the News Modules list, enter any part of the News module name in the
    Find
     field. Digita NetFirm displays the information for the module on the right.
  3. Click the appropriate link to view the remaining steps.
    Edit the module name or description
    1. In the Identification section, change the module name or description.
    2. Click Enter.
    Add articles to the module
    1. In the Module News section, click the Add Article button.
    2. Enter a name for the article and a brief description of the article in the
      Article synopsis
       field.
    3. In the Article content area, enter the full text of the article. Use the toolbar at the top of the Article content area to format the text.
      note
      • You can add images to news articles.
      • If you prefer to work in the HTML code, click the HTML button.
      • To expand the dialog to cover the entire screen, click the Toggle Full Screen Mode button. Click this button again to view the dialog at its normal size.
    4. Click Enter to add the article.
    Edit an article
    1. Click the
      Edit
       link that appears above the article synopsis.
    2. In the Edit Article dialog, edit the article name, article synopsis, and article content.
    3. Click Enter.
    Delete articles from the module
    1. In the Module News section, click the
      Delete
       link below the article you want to delete.
    Delete the module
    1. In the News Module list, select the module you want to delete.
    2. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the list.
    3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
