Hiding application icons in your portal

If your Digita Virtual Office screen contains application icons that you rarely use, you can hide the icons.
  1. Click the
    Applications
     link in the navigation pane.
    note
    If you don't see this link, you don't have access to applications through Digita Virtual Office.
  2. Place your mouse over the application icon you want to hide and click the Hide button.

To view the hidden icons, open the Setup menu near the upper-right corner of the screen and mark the
Display hidden apps
 checkbox.
