Printing from locally installed applications to Digita FileCabinet in the Digita Virtual Office environment

  1. In the Digita NetStaff tab of the navigation pane, click the
    Applications
     link.

    If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to applications through Digita Virtual Office.
  2. Click the name of the application you want to open.
  3. If you haven’t already done so, download the Digita FileCabinet Virtual Office Print Driver.
  4. Open a locally installed application.
  5. Choose File > Print.
  6. In the Print dialog, choose
    Digita FileCabinet
     as the printer.
  7. Click OK.
  8. The Digita FileCabinet Driver Documents dialog opens. Specify the drawer and folder in which the file should be stored and then click the Print button.
The file prints to Digita FileCabinet in the Digita Virtual Office environment. To view the file, open Digita FileCabinet through Digita Virtual Office and navigate to the drawer and folder you specified in step 8.
