Viewing PDFs in the Digita Virtual Office environment

You can open PDF files in the Digita Virtual Office environment using these methods.
  • Print the PDF file to Digita FileCabinet by doing one of the following.
    • In Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Word, click the Print button in the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon.
    • In other applications, select Digita FileCabinet as the printer in the Print dialog.
  • Attach the PDF file to an Outlook email message, click the PDF file name in the message, and then click the Preview file button. Outlook displays the PDF file in the email message window.
