Opening applications that run in the Digita Virtual Office environment on an iPad

  1. If you haven’t already done so, set up your iPad to run applications in the Digita Virtual Office environment.
  2. Open the Citrix Workspace for iPad app on your iPad.
  3. Under Stores, tap the store you created to view the icons for the applications that are available to you in the Digita Virtual Office environment.
  4. Log in to Digita NetStaff.
  5. Open the Digita Virtual Office screen and double-tap an application icon to open an application.

Tips for working in the applications

  • In the Citrix Workspace for iPad app, tap once and hold to open the right-click menu.
  • In Digita NetStaff, use two fingers to scroll.
  • In the Digita Virtual Office screen, double-tap an application icon to open it.

    To open another application, tap the Citrix Workspace header, tap Home, and double-tap an application icon to open it.
  • When running applications in the Digita Virtual Office environment on an iPad, printing and scanning are not supported.
