Screen freezes when creating a new client or applying changes to a client in Digita Suite

This is usually because a dialog box is opening off screen, to resolve this you need to reset the positioning of these boxes.
To do this, navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Digita\Integration\Client Components\Configuration\
In here, there will be a number of folders corresponding to the Digita application you have installed.
Go into the folder of the product you are having the issue with.
In here, there will be a WindowState.xml file. Delete this file. This will reset the positioning of the dialog boxes.
Once deleted, reopen the program and carry out the original task.
