HighQ Drive Overview
HighQ Drive provides the ability for internal Collaborate users to synchronise files stored in
My files
or team sites, to a location on their local device (smartphone or computer) and vice versa. note
Please contact your IT department to check if your firm permits HighQ Drive installations.
Versions

Administrative access on a Windows or macOS computer may be required to install HighQ Drive.
Syncing files
The time required to sync a file varies depending on the version of the app, the file size and your internet connection.
HighQ Drive for Windows or macOS
- priority is given to files that are uploading; files will first upload, and then files are downloaded. Downloads begin within 30 seconds.note
File uploads do not take priority over a file that is already downloading.
HighQ Drive for Android or iOS
- uploads are started immediately.note
You cannot work with a colleague on the same document at the same time and see live updates. Please wait until the new version of the file is synced before you open.
Requirements for Windows and macOS computers
The HighQ Drive application can be installed on Windows and Mac computers. Windows HighQ Drive can be installed on Windows versions 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 (32-bit and 64-bit). For Windows machines, the application also requires .NET 4.8 Framework although those prerequisites will automatically be installed if they are not found.

Please note that Windows 8.1 and earlier releases are no longer supported.
