Data visualisation - User Lookup Columns
As of our July 2024 release, we have introduced the ability to enable data visualisations within HighQ dashboards to directly reference and pull data from User Lookup columns. This enhancement will eliminate the current need for duplicative data entry and will streamline the process of creating and updating dashboards, thus improving their accuracy and relevance.

To do this, click
Edit
to edit your dashboard, navigate to the Data visualisation panel and click More
actions
> Edit

Please note, you can also create these charts with data from the User Lookup columns within the iSheets panel (Link this to the iSheets panel doc) as well.
The

screen opens.
Here, click
Select
next to Category
under the Data
tab.note
Please note that lookup columns will only be displayed in Filter, Category and Series.
Select the category to be displayed.
Once selected, you can click Preview to preview your chart.
And click
Done
to save your changes. Once saved, from the dashboard, you can click one of the results in the chart, to take you straight through to the relevant information.

Please note that Document metadata (DMD) or multi-source iSheets cannot be used as the source of these charts, and this feature is currently unavailable within site templates and wikis.
