As of the August release, the Content Editor panel uses the updated version of the CK editor.

Click Content editor
to add a Content editor panel:

screen opens:

Give your panel a title and select whether you want it to display on mobile devices.

note

Please note that some CK editor functionality will not be available when accessing through a System dashboard.

Add any content into the CK editor, and click Add
.

Your panel will be added.
