System settings for Document Generation

Default vocabulary value

The default name used for generating documents with both single record and site-wide templates is 'Generate document'.

This option was previously known as 'DD Report'.
Single record option
Click on
More Actions
 from the row of an iSheet to see the
Generate Document
 option.
Site-wide option
Click on
More Actions
 in the site-wide iSheet to see the Generate Document option.

Changing the name of 'Generate Document'

A System Admin user with access to the System Admin module can change the default name under
System Admin
 >
System vocabulary
. Once changed, the new terminology is displayed when accessing the options for a single record in an iSheet or options to change an iSheet on a site-wide basis.
