January 2025 (v5.8.18) feature updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.8.18 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 28th-29th December, then production deployment will take place over the 11th-12th January.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.8.18 will be deployed to production instances over the 4th-5th January.
Technical details and dates
- UAT updates start the weekend of the 28th of December 2024
- Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 7th of December 2024
- These updates include HighQ Collaborate 5.8.18
- There are no updates for Publisher this month
HighQ Collaborate feature release highlights
Seamlessly incorporate existing files into your automated documents
- File upload variables allow users to upload a document to a Contract Express questionnaire. Documents are either included as a section in the generated document or attached as a child document.
Streamlined approval process
- Child documents in attachment columns are also approved when the parent document is marked as approved.
Add sequencing to control the flow of tasks and sub-tasks
- Task sequencing can now sequence sub-tasks, and is now available onallHighQ instances.
End-to-end transaction management through the Dealcloser integration with HighQ
- The Dealcloser integration is now available to all US and UK customers: Close a transaction in Dealcloser, share contact details and closing binders with HighQ, and perform end-to-end transaction management in HighQ.
