July 2025 (v5.9.10) feature updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.10 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances on the 29th of June, then production deployment will take place over the 12th-13th of July.

For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.10 will be deployed to production instances over the 5th-6th of July.

Technical details and dates

UAT updates start the weekend of the 29th of June 2025

Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 5th of July 2025

These updates include HighQ Collaborate 5.9.10

There are no updates for Publisher this month

As of June 2025, Publisher will no longer be available as a product. Support for existing clients will remain until July 2026.
