August 2025 (v5.9.12) feature updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.12 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances on the 2nd of August, then production deployment will take place over the 16th-17h of August.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.12 will be deployed to production instances over the 9th-10th of August.
Technical details and dates
- UAT updates start the weekend of the 2nd of August 2025
- Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 9th of August 2025
