October 2025 (v5.9.16) feature updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.16 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances on the 27th of September, then production deployment will take place over the 11th-12th of October.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.16 will be deployed to production instances over the 4th-5th of October.
Technical details and dates
- UAT updates start the weekend of the 27th of September 2025
- Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 4th of October 2025
