November 2025 (v5.9.18) feature updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.18 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances on the 1st-2nd of November, then production deployment will take place over the 15th-16th of November.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.18 will be deployed to production instances over the 8th-9th of November.
Technical details and dates
- UAT updates start the weekend of the 1st of November 2025
- Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 8th of November 2025
