My files settings

If you are a System administrator. you can turn on My files sharing
separately from My files
. Go to

System admin
System settings
My files settings

This allows users to use the Send a file
feature from the Dashboard and Outlook plugin, without the full My files and HighQ Drive capabilities.

Select Off
from the My files
dropdown list.

Select On for all system users
from the Enable My files sharing
dropdown list.

Select Save
. The system is now set up to have 'My files' disabled, but you can still send a file.

Select My files
within your profile settings to display the My files
screen:

'My files' is effectively turned off and the navigaation tree pane has been turned off. You can still send a file by selecting Send a file
.

The Send a file
screen opens. From here, you can send a file as you normally would.
