View individual blog posts

Click the title of a blog post from the blog home page to display the full contents of the blog post in view mode.
Below is more information on the features:
  • Rich Text
     - Because blog posts are created using a rich text editor, the main content of the blog post can include links, images, tables and similar features
  • Metadata
     - The metadata includes who created the blog post when it was last edited, any tags applied, and the categories associated with the blog post.
  • Attachments
     - All attachments are displayed in the blog post. Attachments can be files in the Files module (in which case the permissions applicable to those files will govern a user's access) or uploaded from the author's computer.
  • More actions menu
     - The actions may include the following:
  • Add to favourites
     - The post can also be added to (or removed from) your favourites by clicking

  • Comments & Likes
     - If a site administrator has enabled comments for the Blog module and the author of the blog post allowed comments to be added, then the comments section will be displayed.
    • Any user who can view the post can add a comment.
    • Earlier comments are listed below; reply to an existing comment by clicking

    • very user can edit or delete their comments and replies.
    • If a comment or reply is deleted, any replies to the deleted comment or reply will also be deleted.
    • Comments and replies are not included in the PDF version of the page.

 to collapse the left panel and give you more space on the screen:
