Organisation details

To edit an organisation's details, find the organisation whose details you want to edit within the
Organisations
section and navigate to
More actions
>
Edit details
.
The
Organisation details
screen opens.
Additionally, click
Details
in the organisation screen to access the
Organisation details
screen.
  • Organisation Name
    - The name of your organisation
  • Status
    - The status of your organisation.
    Active
    ,
    Archived
    or
    Disabled
  • Internal
    - When selected, the Internal checkbox automatically adds this group to the Internal organisation's organisation group
  • Auto login
    - Selecting the auto-login checkbox will create an
    Autologin user
    .
  • Domain
    - The Domain is the domain that belongs to the organisation. For example, if the domain name is @highq.com any user within that instance of Publisher with that domain, will be added to the organisation. Additionally, any new user added after the organisation is created, with that domain, will be added to the organisation
  • Home page
    - Each organisation can have its own home page. This page is displayed when you log into your instance of Publisher, or when you select
    Home
  • GUID
    - This field is used as a reference if you decide to do an external sync
  • Organisation URL
    - The organisation URL field is linked to the user's organisation, found in their profile. The user's organisation name becomes a clickable link to that URL. Prefix the URL with
    http.//
    or the link will not work
  • Organisation Image
    - This image can be a logo or any other image. This image is displayed in a user's profile (if that user is part of the organisation) and in their profile card
  • Address
    - An organisation's address. This is displayed in a user's profile, with a map of the address
  • Key contacts
    - Key contacts are key people/contacts from your organisation that are used as a point of contact by a client organisation
