View and search matter reports
Once you have created your custom site metadata for matter management, you can view the data displayed within matter reports.
Within your site, select
Admin
:
Go to
Site settings
, then General
.
The General site settings page opens.
In this section, new fields open where you can add in extra information. For example,
Practice name
, Country
, and Location
.
Once you have added the information to these fields, select
Save
to save your changes.Now you can go to
Manage sites
.
On the
Manage sites
window, you can view the Status, Size, Users, Last Accessed, Created, and Modified dates, Practice name and Country for each site.
Additionally from this window, you can use
Advanced search
from the Quick search
dropdown list.
You can now search using these new fields, such as Practice name.

Please note that when exporting, all filters that you have selected will be active in the information that has been exported, enabling you to export specific data.
