Export the list of questions
You can export a list of questions to an Excel file from the Q&A page. Questions are exported to a file called 'QA Inbox Report.xlsx'.
Select 
More actions
, then Export
.note
If you apply a filter to the list of questions, this filter also applies to the exported file.
Choose
XLSX
then select Export
. 
Advanced reports
If the
Advanced Q&A
module is active, two reports are available:- AQ&A Summary reportshows the latest questions per bidder, the latest answers given, answers open, or still pending approvals. The Q&A summary report can be exported to an Excel sheet to provide a complete overview of the current status of the QA process. When a bidder group has reached its question limit, the number of questions asked appears in red.
