Request List & Practice Areas Setup

Request List Management

When initiating a transaction, the
Request List
serves as a detailed document outlining all the information, documents, and materials the Buyer requests from the Seller. It acts as a comprehensive checklist to evaluate the target company’s legal, financial, and operational status prior to deal completion.
Uploading the Request List (Document upload interface)
The
Request List Management
feature allows users to upload a due diligence request list into the system. This upload forms the basis for verifying document completeness and tracking progress throughout the due diligence process.
  • Supported File Formats:
Users can upload request lists in Word, Excel, or PDF formats.
  • File Management:
After uploading, users have the option to download the file or remove it if necessary.
  • Removal Restrictions:
Removing the request list is only possible before the system begins the automated analysis.
Automated Dealroom Scan and Hygiene Report
Once the request list is uploaded, the system automatically scans the dealroom to assess the availability and completeness of the requested documents. This process results in the generation of a
Hygiene Report
, which provides a detailed overview of the dealroom’s current status.
