To edit a user's details, open the User section and find the user whose details you want to edit, then navigate to

User details
screen opens.
Email address
- if the user has a HighQ account, you can edit the user's email address. If the user has a Thomson Reuters Account and you need to change the email address, please contact Support.
Organisation
- the organisation assigned to the user. This is a non-editable field.
Group profile
- group profiles allow administrators to pre-define email preferences (on metadata only, not on modules or frequency) for the users that are applied to the profile.
External ID
- this ID is linked to your active directory account. If you are bulk uploading users, this field must be populated.
Department
- the department where the user works.
Practice Area
- the area of law that the user practices.
Public website profile ID
- allows a user to display a third-party URL in their profile.
Roles
- select to give the user
System admin
permissions or make them a key contact.
Status
- the status of the user, which can be
Active
,
Archived
or
Disabled
.
Invited
- the date and time the user was invited to the instance.
Last login
- the date and time that the user last logged in.
Additionally, you can change a user's picture, name and job title.
Select
Save
to save your changes.
In addition, you can edit your profile via your profile dropdown. Click on your profile and then select
