Projects and tasks views

Use the Projects and Tasks tabs to view workflow items at project or task level in grid or card layouts.

Overview

The workflow dashboard is split into two tabs: Projects and Tasks. Both tabs offer the same Grid view and Card view layouts, and work in the same way. The key difference is the level of detail shown:
  • The
    Projects
     tab shows one row or card for each project. It gives you an overview of all client projects and their current status.
  • The
    Tasks
     tab shows one row or card for each task. It lets you view and manage the tasks within each project across your client base.
Any changes made in either tab are saved immediately and kept in sync across both views.
