Workflow Manager acts as a safety net for your firm by highlighting submissions that require immediate attention.
Use these steps if HMRC rejects a quarterly update or annual return.
- A Red Warning Icon will appear next to the Submit task in Workflow Manager.
- Select on the task to view the specific error details returned by HMRC.
- Once the error is corrected within Digita Personal Tax and the return is successfully re-submitted, the warning flag in Workflow Manager will clear automatically.
