I have already submitted quarter 1 with consolidated expenses. For quarter 2, I want to switch to non-consolidated expenses. Will re-importing data replace the already submitted quarter 1 data?

No, re-importing will only affect data that you haven’t yet submitted to HMRC.

I want to elect for a quarterly calendar election, but the checkbox is turned off. How can I select it?

Verify whether you have already ticked the
Calendar Election Previously Claimed
 checkbox. If you have, the calendar election is already active and the
Elect for Quarterly Calendar Election
 checkbox is turned off.

The
Delete
 option within the rental grid isn't available. How can I delete entries?

You can't delete properties that HMRC imported.

I want to mark quarterly submission as
Prepared
, but the checkbox isn't available.

Verify whether the page shows any unresolved errors. Status fields will remain grayed out until you resolve all errors.
