Calculation sheet settings

The Sheet Settings dialog box lets you define settings for a particular sheet in a calculation. You can change the name of the sheet or change the function of the sheet between computation and workpaper.
  1. Open a calculation and select the sheet you want to work with.
  2. On the toolbar ribbon, select the Tools icon and select
    Sheet Settings
     from the menu of options.
    • The
      Name
       field shows the name of the currently selected sheet. To change the sheet name, enter the new name in the
      Name
       field and select
      OK
      .
    • Users can reset the Name to the template name by selecting the refresh button.
    • The
      Navigation Parent
       area corresponds to the list in the left pane. You can use the + and - selectors to collapse and expand this list.
    • Select the
      Computation Sheet
       or
      Working Paper
       button to specify the purpose of the sheet.
      note
      When you switch a sheet between computation and workpaper, the change will appear on the calculation history.
  3. Select
    OK
