Export a map

You may want to map using a Microsoft Excel file for the following reasons:
  • You are converting from another Thomson Reuters application and the mapping is already in Excel.
  • You are familiar with Excel and find it easy to use.
  • You want to save your map to Excel for record keeping purposes.
  • You want to print your mapping information.
Export generates an Excel template that helps perform mapping, and can be imported to create or update mapped accounts. A map can be exported at any time.
To export a map:
  1. On the main menu bar, select
    Configuration
    , then
    Mappings
    .
  2. On the Mappings screen, select the hyperlink in the
    Name
     column for the map that you want to export.
  3. Select the export icon .
  4. After the export completes, the exported file is available in your default download location.
