Set up tax agents in E-Filing Manager

Organizations often grant their tax agents access to review or lodge their returns. You can enable this by setting up tax agents in E-Filing Manager.

Customer type: Tax Agent

  1. Select
    Administration
    Settings
    .
  2. Enter the
    Australia Business Number (ABN)
     or
    UK Agent Reference Number (ARN)
    .

  3. Select
    Save
    .

Customer type: Company (Jurisdiction: Australia)

  1. Ensure the User Role is set to Tax Agent.
  2. Select
    Administration
    Users
    .
  3. Enter the tax agent’s ABN for the selected user.
