Configure product permissions
Manage product permissions
Follow these steps to manage ONESOURCE Corporate Tax product permissions for users and user groups.
As an administrator, open the ONESOURCE Platform and select
Administration
.
Select
Corporate Tax
to configure application-specific permissions.
Select the client details for which you want to grant permissions. The system will display the corresponding modules.
From the dropdown, select the user role whose permissions you want to adjust.
Selecting
Client Administrator
makes the Administration module available, along with other modules.
Selecting
End User
shows all modules from Calculations onward, excluding the Administration module.
Configure user access to Modules/Entities/Datasets using the dropdown.
For
Dataset
selection, mark the checkbox if the user or user group needs specific access.
For
Entities
selection, choose
No Access
,
Read Access
, or
Write Access
for the user or user group.
Select
Next
to assign the access to the required products. Select
Done
to finalize the permissions setup.
