Hosting system requirements
Where ONESOURCE Corporate Tax is utilised for UK tax content, the system requirements will depend on how the application has been deployed. There are 2 different deployment methods.
- Platform deployment - users will access the application by logging in at https://www.onesourcelogin.com, https://www.onesourcelogin.eu, or a SSO link in use by their organisation
- Citrix deployment - users will access the application by logging in at https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com/vpn/index.html
Both deployments use Citrix and need to ensure the following are met:
- Ensure you have a Citrix Workspace app installed on your machine. Citrix recommends that you should always use the latest version.
- Ensure that ports 80 and 443 are open to the following:
- https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com (155.46.142.17)
- https://web.onesourceuksso.thomsonreuters.com (155.46.142.18)
To test, go to https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com and login using the username CN.Connect.Test2 and the password conn@ct575. If you can open the Calculator application, you've got everything set up correctly.

Platform deployments also require that the ONESOURCE Platform system requirements are met.
