Import Specifications

The Import Specifications screen is a non-editable screen that shows the import specifications you have defined. To open the Import Specifications screen, select
Configuration
, then
Import Specifications
 on the toolbar.
The import specifications shown on the Import Specifications screen are created on the Import New Data screen.
  1. To edit an import, check the checkbox next to the import you want to edit and select the edit icon in the
    Actions
     column.
  2. Use the dropdowns to define the import details.
  3. Drag an import file into the designated area.
  4. Use the dropdown to select the entity.
  5. If you want to create an import specification, select the
    Create New Import Specification
     button. Any customizations you make to an import are available to be reused.
