Keyboard shortcuts
A reference guide to keyboard shortcuts available in OCT (ONESOURCE Corporate Tax). Most shortcuts are available when working in a workbook (the spreadsheet-style data entry and calculation grid) and follow familiar spreadsheet conventions similar to Microsoft Excel.
note
- Shortcuts are grouped by the area of OCT where they apply. Availability can depend on your permissions and on whether the workbook is read-only.
- Shortcuts that use a function key (F2, F6, F7, F8, F10) may require holding the Fn key at the same time—for example, Fn + F2—depending on your keyboard and its Function Key Behavior setting. The shortcuts in this topic note this where it applies. Check your device's keyboard settings if a function-key shortcut doesn't respond.
