The Balance sheet is designed to follow the format of your financial statements while you use the supporting sheets to perform tax analysis.

This sheet is designed to replicate your financial balance from your financial statements. You do not perform analysis on this sheet. It is automatically inserted when you create the computation. The specific sections of the sheet match the disclosure in your financial statements. The sheet is comprised of two sections—Assets / Liabilities and Owners’ equity. The values are entered manually into each row for specific item. Please note that this section is meant to display total values of assets and liabilities, it’s not meant for analysis of the specific assets or liabilities, as this is done on the supporting sheets. The sheet imports the values from prior periods in the relevant column.
