Change your password when logged in
Select your name at the top right, then
Edit Profile
.
Select the
Password
tab.
Enter your current password.
Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.
Select
Save
.
If you can't remember your current password when logged in, select
Sign out
and reset your password from the login screen.

Reset Password
.
Enter the email address registered for your Onvio account.
Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.
As a security measure, your password expires after 3 months and the login screen will prompt you to reset it.
