Import OnBalance transactions to Onvio Accounts

  1. Go to the
    Trial Balance
     tab.
  2. Select
    Import
    .
  3. Select
    OnBalance import transactions
    .
  4. Map each OnBalance transaction to an existing Onvio account code.
  5. Finish import when you've mapped all transactions.
note
  • When you map an OnBalance transaction to an Onvio account code, your mapping is copied to all unmapped transactions with the same category description and transaction description.
  • If an account had been wrongly mapped and you want to update the mapping once you’ve finished the import, you can reimport the transactions to update the mapping and delete the previous import journal.
