Use Filing Manager

Overview
You can use
Filing Manager
 to monitor and update the status of your account filings with Companies House, directly from Onvio Accounts. One of the benefits of using Filing Manager is that you no longer need to check each client's filing status individually.
Before you start
You'll need to have the
View Filing Manager
 permission.
View filings, update filing status , and export filing information
  1. Go to
    Onvio Accounts
     and select the
    Filing Manager
     tab.
  2. Use the
    Acknowledged
    ,
    Rejected
    , or
    Accepted
     tab to narrow your view.
  3. To view more information about a submission, select
    See details
    .
  4. If you want to update a client's filing status:
    • Select
      Get latest filing status
       next to their name to update only their filing status.
    • Select
      Get all latest filing status
       to update the filing status for all clients.
      note
      You'll need the
      Get Latest Filing Status
       permission to get the latest filing status from Companies House for all filed reports.
  5. To download the data shown in the Filing Manager grid to an Excel spreadsheet, select
    Export
    .
