Change your password

Change your password when logged in

  1. Select the
    Profile
     icon at the top right, then
    View Profile
    .
  2. Select the
    Password
     tab.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
If you can't remember your current password when logged in, select
Sign out
 and reset your password from the login screen.

Change your password from the login screen

  1. Select
    Reset Password
    .
  2. Enter the email address registered for your Onvio account.
  3. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.
As a security measure, your password expires after 3 months and the login screen will prompt you to reset it.
