Switch mobile devices for multi-factor authentication

To change the mobile device that you use to log in with multi-factor authentication, follow these steps.
  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click the
    View Profile
     link.
  2. Click the
    Manage Thomson Reuters Account
     tab.
  3. Click
    Manage verification
    .
  4. Click
    Remove app
     for Auth0 Guardian or Other apps to remove the old device.
  5. To add the new device, click
    Add app
     for Auth0 Guardian or Other apps and follow the on-screen messages.
