About Onvio Company Formations
You use Onvio Company Formations to prepare and submit online requests to Companies House to incorporate private companies limited by shares.
A wizard takes you through the process step-by-step and draws on Onvio's central database so you don't need to re-enter data. You can choose Companies Act model articles, amended articles, or bespoke articles. There are automated checks of your draft submissions, and filing reports that you can send to your clients for approval. Fees are paid direct from your Companies House e-filing account.
