Add a company formation project to a company

  1. In Onvio Centre, go to
    Setup > Clients
    .
  2. Select
    Edit
    to the left of the company's name.
  3. Select the Projects tab on the left.
  4. Select
    Add
    >
    Project
    .
  5. Choose Company Formation from the
    Project Template
    drop-down list.
  6. Choose
    Company Formation
    from the
    Application
    drop-down list.
  7. Choose Started from the
    Status
    drop-down list.
  8. Enter a
    Due Date
    for completion of the company formation project.
  9. You can choose the name of the staff member with primary responsibility for carrying out the work on this porject from the
    Primary
    drop-down list.
  10. You can choose another member of staff from the
    Secondary
    drop-down list if there is someone who will continue the work when the primary staff member is unavailable.
  11. You can choose a senior member of staff from the
    Reviewer
    drop-down list to act as the person with overall supervision of the project.
  12. If you select
    Switch to Advanced Mode
    , the following additional optional fields are displayed.
    • Project Number
      : to enter a number that your firm can use to identify the project.
    • Extension
      : for extending the due dates of this project.
    • Document Storage
      : to choose between the default newly created folder for documents generated by this project or to name a predefined folder in Onvio Documents for storage.
