Complete a company formation project

Before you start

Make sure that you've added a company formation project to the company client.

Open the company formation project

  1. Go to
    My applications
     >
    Onvio Company Formations
    .
  2. Select the company formation project under the name of the proposed company client in the Work column.

Complete the project wizard

The company formation project has a wizard with six sections. You will need to complete each section.
  1. Corporate Name.
  2. Corporate Details.
  3. Proposed Officers.
  4. Subscribers.
  5. Review.
  6. Submission.
