Complete a company formation project: section 6 Submission

Before you start

Before starting a company formation project, you will need to set up the prospective company as a client, then add a company formation project to it.
The company formation project wizard has six sections. Section 6 is about the submission of your request for incorporation to Companies House.

Submission

  1. You can request a same day incorporation if this service is currently available from Companies House.
  2. Select
    Submit
     at the bottom of the screen.
    note
    If you've completed the application correctly and payment has been received, you should receive a confirmation message from Companies House almost immediately. This proves that your application has been submitted successfully, not that your company has been incorporated. It will contain your Presenter ID and Submission number. You will need to use these in your correspondence with Companies House about the submission.
  3. Select
    Done
     to return to the Projects list.
    note
    You will need to re-open this project later to check the status of your submission.
