Give staff permission to use Onvio Company Formations
Before you start
Your firm will need a licence that includes Onvio Company Formations.
Using permission groups
You will need to use permission groups to grant your staff access to Onvio Company Formations.
Before you decide on which permission group to use, make sure that you know how permission groups work together and understand the best practices for using them.
Use an existing or new permission group to grant access to Onvio Company Formations
- In Onvio Centre selectSetup>Permission Groupsfrom the menu bar.
- To use an existing permission group, select the name of the group, thenNext. Alternatively, to use a new group, selectAddfrom the toolbar, enter aNameandDescription, then selectNext.
- Select the Company Formations tab.
- Set theRegister limited companies with Companies Housepermission to Enable, then selectNext.
- Check that the Members list includes all staff who need access to Onvio Company Formations.
- To add members from the Available Users list, select the checkbox to the left of their name, thenAdd.
- To remove members from the Members list, select the checkbox to the left of their name, thenRemove.
- When you've finished checking the Members list, selectDone.
Check whether a staff member has access to Onvio Company Formations
- Go toSetup > Staff.
- SelectEditto the left of the staff member's name.
- Select the Onvio Access tab.
- Select the Company Formations tab.
- Check that theRegister limited companies with Companies Housepermission is set to Enable.
