Same as Service Address option disabled

Scenario

When working on a Company Formation project, you reach Step 4 (Subscribers) and try to edit the details of a Person with Significant Control (PSC), but you notice that the option to select
Same as Service Address
 for the Residential Address is disabled.

Cause

The
Same as Service Address
 toggle button will be disabled if the
Section 790ZF exemption in progress or granted
 toggle button at the end of this screen has been switched to Yes.
A section 790ZF exemption prevents Companies House from disclosing the usual residential address of a PSC to credit reference agencies.
If there’s a section 790ZF order in force, then the PSC’s Residential Address cannot be the same as their Service Address for official correspondence.
