View Memorandum and Articles of Association

The Memorandum and Articles of Association is generated automatically during the company formation process. It can subsequently be viewed via your Onvio Documents folder as follows:
  1. Open Onvio Centre from the main menu.
  2. Click
    Documents > Client Documents
    .
  3. Select the company from the list provided.
  4. Open the
    Company Formation
     folder, the Memorandum and Articles of Association will be one of the files listed within this folder.
