Download files
You can download a single document or multiple documents and/or a folder with all the documents that it contains to a zipped file.
note
When you select a single document to download, the application downloads it as is, without zipping it.
Tick the checkbox for the documents and/or folders and and choose Manage > Download.
- For most file types, Onvio downloads a file when you click it; however, when you click a BMP, JPE, JPEG, JPG, PDF, or PNG file, Onvio displays the file on screen.
- Client contacts with appropriate permissions can download files from shared folders.
- You can download a file that you are viewing in the Documents area by clicking the Download button on the toolbar.
